Below I hope to address any questions that could come up. Feel free to email me at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact me through the contact form on the site. Simple policy summaries are also stated at the time of checkout for your convenience.
All payments are processed through PayPal using my store’s secure check out. I accept MasterCard, American Express and Discover which are also processed through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Money Orders are also accepted. Please email me your order and I will send you an invoice and payment instructions.
No personal checks please.
I do not ship until the method of payment clears.
I will hold a piece for 5 days at your request. Please be very detailed in your request as to what piece you are interested in and when you will be paying.
All items are generally shipped a within three days of a cleared payment.
Domestic: I ship using USPS priority mail. Shipping is $4.95. It does NOT include delivery confirmation or insurance. If you would like to purchase these, please contact me and I will send you an invoice to cover the charges. If you would like your order shipped in a different manner simply send me an email and we will get your item shipped your way. Express and First Class shipping options are available by request only.
International: I ship via USPS First Class. Shipping is $10.00 to Canada, $15.00 everywhere else. International orders over $200 will be required to purchase insurance and tracking via express mail, which can be $25-35. Buyer assumes all responsibility for duty tariff or VAT fees incurred by their country. Please be aware that First Class shipping can take up to 4 weeks or more to arrive. Most packages do not take that long; most get delivered in less than 10 days. If you require expedited international shipping send me email and we can come to some arrangement for you. If you would like your order shipped in a different manner simply send me an email and we will get your item shipped your way.
Gifts: Please let me know in the notes of your order if you would like your item gift wrapped and to what address the gift will be sent. I'm always happy to make customized notes for gift purchases- just ask.
I always ship with plenty of tissue paper to make sure your items arrive to you safely. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
I respond to questions quickly and up until 9pm weeks days and intermittently on weekends. You can contact me via the message center on the website or via email@example.com.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I try to accurately photograph every item and provide detailed measurements and descriptions. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase please contact me IMMEDIATELY. You may ship the item back to me at your expense. I will accept undamaged returns within 8 DAYS of delivery and refund the price of the item minus shipping fees. I do not however accept any returns on jewelry, craft lots or custom orders.
Care of my beads – my beads are very tough. They repel water but not waterproof. Please do not soak the beads. The coating I use does not scratch or dent easily and self-heals from most dents.
Grommets - I will remove the grommets on the beads or change the type of metal used upon request.
Custom orders - I gladly accept custom orders though be aware the painting and dipping cycle is long and is done in large batches so I cannot take custom orders at this time for less that US $150.00. Contact me through, if I am coming up to another dip I might be able to include your item; it is often a matter of timing. Please see my custom order page for more information.
All of my pieces are one of a kind and I cannot duplicate any piece. When it is sold, that is the only one there is.
